The ENMU Foundation also awarded more named scholarships and $100,000 worth of Starter Scholarships to incoming first-year students.

Twelve players on the Angelo State University Rams baseball team have been named to the 2019 All-Lone Star Conference Teams, including eight on the first team. ASU honorees are catcher Nick Seginowich, pitcher Trent Baker, second baseman Parker Bramlett, shortstop Nic Novak, third baseman Jordan Williams, outfielders Josh Elvir and Jacob Finke, and designated hitter Lachlan Mayo. Six members of the Angelo State University Rams baseball team have been named to the 2019 Lone Star Conference All-Defensive Team. The All-Defensive Team Awards are determined by a vote of LSC head coaches based on defensive performances alone for each of the nine positions. Rams honorees are catcher Nick Seginowich, pitcher Josh Barnett, first baseman Riley Peterson, second baseman Parker Bramlett, third baseman Jordan Williams and outfielder Jackson Hardy. Student members of the Japanese Animation Research Club (JARC). JARC educates members about the roots and history of Japanese animation and manga. JARC helps further the member's knowledge of Japanese Cultures.

Students who received a scholarship during the Scholarship and Awards Ceremony at Eastern New Mexico University on April 24, 2018. The ENMU Foundation awarded over $550,000 in named scholarships and recruiting scholarships.

There were over 200 participants at ENMU's Mud Volleyball 2018 event on April 21, with 28 teams playing in the tournament. The event raised around $3,400 for student scholarships.

Eastern New Mexico University's annual Student Research and Creativity Conference is designed to showcase the research and creative projects being done by undergraduate and graduate students in all fields across campus. Students present their work in professional poster, display, performance and paper sessions and are judged and critiqued by an interdisciplinary group of faculty members. Through this process, students can see how their work compares with that of other students, get feedback on their work and presentations and practice their professional presentation skills. For the 2018 conference on April 4, 195 students submitted 238 entries covering work in 22 different academic fields. Work was presented in 34 groups and one presentation in each group was chosen as an award winner.

Students who achieve a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional grade point average of 3.00 or higher are recognized by being placed on the Dean's List. Developmental studies, transients, and graduate students are not eligible for Dean's List status.
